Christmas in Summer

It's getting hot now! I really don't like it. You will never hear me complain about rain, snow and nasty weather. I'm rather a nordic girl :) So the new challenge at Inky Chicks is quite brilliant for me! Theme is "Christmas in Summer". A girl can never be too organised with Christmas cards :)

Roaaaaaar little lions

Hi my lovely followers 

I missed to show you my card for the current challenge at Inky Chicks! Why not join the fun? we have a super easy theme (birthday time) and our wonderful sponsor, Sandra from Live & Love Crafts sponsors a generous £10 voucher for the store!

My card is a jungle scene with the lovely Magnolia lions and leaves. Coloured with my Faber Castell Polychromo pencils. Took me quite a while to colour it all in but it was so worth it. The card was for my Dad's birthday on the 25th of April and although it has a girly touch he liked it a lot.

 Gotta go and get ready for the next challenge lol, or I will be late again..

Halloween at Inky Chicks

I know it's been a million years or so since I last updated my blog. I neglected it and I know it. It's just so hard to find time and besides that I just don't like my blog without Bailey writing it. But hey, it's nearly one year now that she is in cat heaven and honestly it's a bit childish to pretend she can write my blogposts from up there. So you guys have to bear me instead.

New challenge at Cute As A Button

Hello furriends

Oopsie, I was so busy in catheaven that I forgot the last challenge at Inky Chicks... my human furriend was not amused. But she was busy herself, she only realised it a couple of minutes ago...

I sent her to feed my mates that still are in physical bodies. I can hear them mewoing in the kitchen and she ignores them just like she ignored me. Guess I have to bring my furriends from catheaven next time and with united ghost strength we might be able to open the tins ...

Okay, at Inky Chinks the theme is CHOCOLATES AND SWEETS and at Cute As A Button there is the theme GIRLY CARD IN PINK.

And these are the makes of my human furriend (below).

Easel Card at Inky Chicks

Hello furriends!

I haven't posted in while. My human furriend told me to rest as much as I want. I am sick. I have a terrible cold and I hardly can breathe. It's so annoying. My human furriend is so worried. She looks at me as if I died any minute (well, I am tellin' you, I'm pretty tired... I think it's time for me to leave her soon, but I am not telling her, she cries at the thought of it!!).

I sleep lots and keep her bed warm. That's what she likes the most. Cuddling with me. And she takes good care. At night she gets up all 30 mins to check if I am still breathing and she cleans my nose and strokes me. I love my human furriend.

But onto the new challenge at Inky Chicks. They have the theme Easel Card and they are sponsored by Sandra of Live & Love Crafts.

Anything goes at Inky Chicks

Hello furiends!

Finally it isn't me that my human furiend is worrying about. My furry pal George has some very bad teeth and he doesn't eat anymore and got very thin. Well, I don't mind eating his food. But I kinda feel sorry for him. My human furiend says, he has to get some of his teeth pulled out - ouch! He has to go back to the vet in a couple of days to check.

Well, anyhow. There is a new challenge live at Inky Chicks and the theme is: Anything goes! My human furiend sponsors a Magnolia DooHickey mini die, look:

Fairy and Angel time at Inky Chicks

Hello furriends! 

Paws up who enjoys this lousy weather! 

Oh, have you seen, it was my human furiend who had her paw up first! 

She enjoys the bearable temperatures, although she complains about the rain. Aren't we all happy that she is not the weathermaker?! She said, she never had a rainy birthday and she doesn't want to start this year with rain on her day. 

So she leaves for Venice for a couple of days. She loves Venice, has been there often as a child. Her Daddy is from Venice, he grew up in Mestre and has been to the Island almost every day.

But she doesen't know that I have ordered the bad weather there too, hee hee...naughty kitty muahahahaha!

But onto the challenge at Inky Chicks this fortnight. My human furriend made another paperbag card for a lovely friend and she used a wonderful image from Francesca from Cute as a Button. 

Okay, gotta check if she filled my bowl. The naughty human puts me some yuckie stuff in it all the time to stop my runs that I have since a couple of months.

Happy Birthday at Inky Chicks :)

Hello furriends

When you are an old kitty like me you don't like the daily change of the weather. It's so hot, it's not hot, it's damp, it's wet, it's dry, it's humid...my human friend complains all the time. She sweats although it's raining all the time. Aw, she is a crazy human, we all know that....

At Inky Chicks there is a new challenge with the theme HAPPY BIRTHDAY... and sponsor is Wendy Burns from All Dressed Up. My human friend loves Wendy's images, she makes funny noises when she buys some new ones and when she prints them out. I told you she is weird!!!

Anywhooo, I tried to take a piccie, but failed. It's dark here all the time. So I appologize that you can't see the sparkle very well!

Okay, I am off to check what my human friends is doing... she is messing with her hair again. I think she might put some funny things in her hair and then she goes "aaaaah" and "oooh" when she takes these rolls out and then she admires her sight in the mirror...did I mention above that she is crazy?

Christmas in July at Inky Chicks

Hello furiends!

I really have to tell you something! My human friends thinks I am a glutton! 

When she feeds me she thinks it's unpolite that I 

a) eat three bowls before the others get some food and 

b) have my head in the bowl before it is on the floor. 

And when she sees that the bowls are empty (it's not my fault that she doesn't fill them properly, is it???) and she refills them she thinks I am a naughty girl when I eagerly check out all three bowls and take a bite out of every bowl. Can you pls. tell her that I just wanna make sure that the others get yummie food too?

Clean and Simple at Inky Chicks

...well that is a challenge for my human friend! She is soooo bad at clean and simple.When I go and watch her crafting I see her head first in all her boxes of embellishments and she comes out "yay"-ing when she found another thing that she can put on her card. Less is more I am telling her but she wouldn't listen to a wise kitty!!

Anyway, she did quite a good job on this card although afterwards she realised she used the same colours on her image as Alyce once did on her card. Sorry, this is not a purpose!

Have I told you lately that my human friend loves her new job? She is very relaxed and her new boss is lovely she says. I am thinking of calling him and ask him to help me. She gives me yucky drops that should be good against my runs. I don't like them but she grabs me every night and then puts them in my mouth, eeeeew, digusting!

Hello furriends! 

Hey, I got news for you! My human friend has another new job. Hahahaha, she cracks me up! She should not change her jobs like underwear, this makes me nervous. But she is much much much happier now when she comes home in the evening. She told me that it is very interesting and that she finally can do some reasonable work and this is satisfying her. I like when she smiles and you know what? She doesn't seem to be angry when I chew her plants or sleep on her pillow and shed all my fur there.

Actually my human friend and I have decided to close the blog because she has no time for blogging and I am a tired kitty. But then I thought, as long as I live I can post our Inky Chicks challenges and entertain you with my kitty stories. Not as if they are interesting...

I have persuaded my human friend to see a doc. Because she is always so tired. No matter what time of the day she could fall asleep. Maybe she needs another iron injection, she says. I can sleep all day long, and I love doing it!

Pretty in Lavender

It's a purrfect week says my human friend. Because on Friday she is off work. But it's just because they have a firm Ski day. She does not ski and so she can relax all day long in the sun up in the mountains. I will relax on the couch, that's closer to my food dish...
