Mondayish Christmas Feeling

My human friend has to get started with her christmas cards... or she'll be in deep trouble! Daniele's Sketch for the next two weeks over at Sketch N Stash is just perfect for a christmas card and my human friend finally got one of her beloved Sweet Pea stamps out!

The most neglected item on this card is the red flowers and the newest item actually is the wonderful lace (real St. Galler lace, where the worlds finest lace is being produced, ya know!!)

So go ahead an join in the fun!

As soon as my human friend has the piccies from her Mum she'll post some. The party on Saturday was a huge success and she had so much fun with all the lovely peeps who came to see her. I was under the bed, scared. So glad my human friend told them all not to disturb me and Sunshine who was even more scared than I!!

Thanks to all who have sent her wonderful cards, she was soooooo happy about them all! Will post a pic as soon as all have arrived. Some are still on the way, sometimes the delivery-times can be very annoying!

Meine Menschin muss unbedingt endlich mit ihrer Weihnachtskarten Produktion beginnen, sonst steckt sie echt in der Tinte! Daniele's Sketch für die nächsten zwei Wochen drüben bei Sketch N Stash eignet sich besonders gut für eine Weihnachtskarte. Meine Menschin hat endlich wieder einmal eine ihrer geliebten Sweet Pea Stempel hervorgekramt. Das meist vernachlässigste Stück auf dieser Karte sind die roten Blümchen und das neuste Stück ist die echte St. Galler Spitze!

Seid ihr auch dabei beim neuen Sketch?

Sobald meine Menschin die Bilder von ihrem Mami bekommt (sie war die Hof-Fotografin), kann sie euch ein paar Fotos zeigen von der Party von Samstag. Die Party war ein voller Erfolg und meine Menschin hatte so viel Spass und Freude an den vielen Menschen, die sie besuchen kamen! Ich hatte nicht so Spass und habe mich den ganzen Tag vor Angst unter dem Bett versteckt, zusammen mit Sunshine, die noch mehr Angst hatte als ich! Zum Glück hat meine Menschin allen gesagt, dass sie mich in Ruhe lassen sollen!

Herzlichen Dank auch für alle die wundervollen Karten, sie ist sooooooooooo glücklich darüber. Wenn alle hier sind (einige sind leider immer noch unterwegs, wegen der ärgerlichen lahmen Post), dann kann sie euch ein Foto zeigen von der wundervollen Post!

So, ich schau mal, ob ich noch ein Überbleibsel von der Party finde...vielleicht unter dem Sofa...jammjamm!

Candy Winner!!

Meine Menschin und ich haben so viele tolle Karten für unser Candy bekommen, vielen herzlichen Dank allen, die mitgemacht haben! Unser nächstes Candy wird wieder ein ganz „normales“ Candy sein, für die Faulen unter uns (ooops, meine Menschin hat gesagt, dass ich das nicht sagen darf…)!

Sie hat heute alle Karten mit auf die Arbeit genommen und ihre liebsten drei Kolleginnen haben die Gewinner ausgelost. Ja, ihr kennt ja meine Menschin, sie kann nicht bloss einen Gewinner haben! Also hat sie alle drei eine Karte aussuchen lassen, einen ersten Platz, zweiten und dritten. Es war so spannend zu sehen (sagt sie), wie die drei ausgewählt haben und unter was für Kriterien. Die haben alle drei einen total anderen Geschmack und sind auf total andere Karten gegangen. Na gut, Janine die hat von Anfang an gesagt, welche ihr am besten gefällt. Aber Agnes und Kristin haben sich schwer getan, weil so viele tollen Karten da lagen und sie sich erst nicht entscheiden konnten, welche ihre Lieblingskarten sind, hihi…

Herzliche Gratulation, liebe Sandra! Es ist so lustig, denn Sandra hat auch unser allererstes Candy auf diesem Blog gewonnen! Viel Spass mit den tollen Blümchen, Liebes!

Kristin hat den zweiten ausgesucht. Und das ist die liebe ULLA! Ulla, du bekommst ebenfalls ein Überraschungspäckchen. Janine (mit dem populärsten Namen der Schweiz…sie wird den Witz verstehen!) hat die Karte von der lieben MONIKA auf den dritten Platz gewählt. Aber um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich auch ein bisschen Angst, kann sein, dass die mich marinieren und grillen wollen!!!! Das wäre ganz schlimm, dann müsste ich ja vom Katzenhimmel aus schreiben und das wollen wir nicht, oder?!

My human friend and I have received so many wonderful cards, thanks to all who joined in our candy! The next one will be a “normal” one again for the lazy ones among us, tee hee (oops, my human friend said that I’m not to say such a thing…)!

She took all the cards to her office this morning and her loveliest co-workers have chosen the winner(s). Yeah, you know my human friend, she cannot only have one winner! She also let them choose a second and a third place. She said, it was really fun watching them choose a winner. All three have different likings and they all went for a total different card. Okay, Janine knew from the beginning which was her fave card but Agnes and Kristin had a hard time to pick out their fave, tee hee!

I'm new at Sketch N Stash!!! Woo hoo...

My human friend has been asked to join the Sketch N Stash team by her wonderful blogging buddy Daniele. She really loves Daniele's art work and was so surprised that she has asked her to join the team.

Sketch N Stash is an English challenge blog with a new challenge every fortnight on a Monday. That means, she has to make a card twice a month that is the easy part of it. The hard part is: she has to work after sketches!!!

Yeah I know, I know, you are thinking exactly what I was thinking!! My human friend is so poo at working after sketches. She thinks it's so difficult to do this, she is constricted in her creativity! But then she thought that it would be a good chance to improve this sketch-thing.

Okay, she is on the team now and today I can show you her very first DT card for SNS! Oh... and another rule (find them here...) is that you not only have to work after a sketch, you also have use your most neglected item and your newest item on your card!

The most neglected item is the Magnolia paper with the summerbirds (Swiss word for butterfly). The newest item from her stash are the two Tim Holtz metal corners.

Meine Menschin ist von Daniele angefragt worden, ob sie nicht Lust hat, im Sketch N Stash Team dabeizusein. Meine Menschin liebt Daniele's Werke und war recht überrascht, dass sie gefragt worden ist! Sketch N Stash ist ein Englischer Challenge Blog. Da gibt es alle zwei Wochen an einem Montag eine Challenge. Was bedeutet, dass sie nur zweimal im Monat eine Karte machen muss, und das liegt ja wohl noch drin, oder? Das ist der einfach Teil der Challenge. Der schwierige ist: Arbeiten nach Sketch!!!

Ja, ich weiss, ich weiss! Ich weiss genau was ihr jetzt denkt, das habe ich mir doch auch gedacht. Meine Menschin mag gar keine Sketche!! Sie ist total scheisse darin und denkt, das ist soooo schwierig, wenn man genau vorgegeben bekommt, wie man arbeiten muss und sie sagt, das schränkt sie ein in ihrer Kreativität! Aber dann hat sie sich gedacht, dass es eine gute Chance ist, sich darin zu verbessern.

Also ist sie jetzt mit im Team und ihre erste Karte kann ich euch heute zeigen! Oh, und eine weitere Regel ist, dass man sein meist vernachlässigstes Bastelzeug aus dem Vorrat kramen muss und auch das Neuste. Auf dieser Karte hier ist das vernachlässigste Ding das gelbe Magnolia Papier mit den Sommervögel (Schweizerisch für Schmetterlinge) und das Neuste sind die beiden Tim Holtz Metallecken.

Reminder for our Scraphouse Challenge

Time seems to pass by so quickly!!! My human friend will visit you soon, she knows that she is neglecting some of you and she is very sorry for this!

This is just a quick reminder of our Scraphouse-Challenge with the theme "blue and white"... this card suits it perfectly.

My human friend says that I'm not allowed to go to the biggest party in Switzerland which will take place tomorrow. We have it every year in August, called Street Parade and if the weather is good they expect over 1 million people to take part!

I just shaved part of my fur for it (to look good in the crowd).

So sad that I can't go now!!!

But my human friend thinks it's so silly, and I'm too little. Well, we'll see. I might sneek out of the house when she sits in the open air cinema... tee hee... you might see me on TV, dancing around and singing-watch out!!

Die Zeit rennt so schnell vorbei. Meine Menschin weiss, dass sie euch ein bisschen vernachlässigt hat, aber sie kommt bald bei euch allen vorbei!

Das hier ist nur eine kleine Erinnerung, dass wir diesen Monat immer noch die Scraphouse Challenge mit dem Thema "Blau und Weiss" am Start haben... diese Karte hier passt doch perfekt!

Meine Menschin hat mir verboten an eine grosse Party zu gehen. Es ist die grösste Party der Schweiz, die jährlich im August stattfindet, die Street Parade. Meist kommen um die 1 Mio. Zuschauer!

Ich habe mir gerade ein paar Stellen Fell rasiert, damit ich top gestylt bin!! Und jetzt darf ich nicht gehen! Meine Menschin denkt, das ist sowieso eine dumme Party und ich bin noch viel zu klein zum gehen. Wir werden's sehen. Vielleicht schleiche ich mich raus, wenn sie im Open Air Kino sitzt. Dann könnt ihr mich auch im TV sehen, tanzend und singend... hihi...

I've received my very first card today!!! Isn't that lovely!! My human friend has a blogging pal who has sent her a card for her CANDY and she also has sent me a tiny card too! I'm so thrilled and I love it! Will show you a pic at the end of this post.

But onto my human friends cards. She has two co-worker (well she has lots more, but let's talk about those who get cards). One is her lovely mate Janine who ordered a card for a wedding. She gets the pink one. And the other gets married herself next Saturday and my human friend made her the blue wedding card.

Hallo Leute, ratet mal!!!!

Ich habe heute meine allererste Karte bekommen!! Meine Menschin hat eine Bloggerfreundin, die ihr eine Karte fürs CANDY gemacht hat und mir hat sie auch eine beigelegt! Ich bin so aufgeregt, echt!! Ich zeige euch das Kärtchen ganz am Schluss.

Aber nun zu den Karten meiner Menschin. Sie hat zwei Arbeitskolleginnen (also sie hat mehr als nur zwei, aber lasst uns gerade nur über die reden, die eine Karte bekommen). Eine ganz liebe Kollegin, die Janine, die hat eine Karte bestellt, die sie braucht für eine Hochzeit. Meine Menschin hat ihr die in Rosa gemacht. Und eine andere Arbeitskollegin heiratet selbst am nächsten Samstag und ihr hat meine Menschin die in Blau gemacht.

So, jetzt muss ich wieder mein Kärtchen anschauen gehen! Tschüss.

My human friend is so mean to me, you wouldn't believe it! She never feeds me when I follow her to the kitchen. It's not my fault that I'm always hungry. but she thinks that I never leave some food for the others on purpose... that's not true at all!!! Don't you think it's rather a sign that she feeds us too little?! I guess so...

But anyhoo, she made this card for a birthday human in August.

Meine Menschin ist so gemein zu mir, das glaubt ihr gar nicht!! Sie gibt mir nie was zu essen, wenn ich ihr in die Küche folge. Es ist ja nicht meine Schuld, dass ich immer hungrig bin, aber sie denkt, dass ich den anderen extra nie was übrig lasse...was überhaupt nicht wahr ist!!! Glaubt ihr nicht auch eher, dass sie uns viel zu wenig Futter gibt?! Ich denke, das ist genau der Fall...

Aber egal, hier hat sie eine Geburtstagskarte für ein August-Mensch gemacht.

Special Candy for you!

Finally here we are again!! With a special Candy for you all! My human friend wants to say thank you to all her lovely followers. Our blog is a bit more than one year old, almost one and a half and it's incredible how many lovely cyber friends and also real friends we've found! Well, we also have lost some "friends" too, because they judged my human friend on something that they only know half the story of... we just loooooooooove people who judge 100% but only know 50% of a story, don't you love them too?! But anyhoooooooo, we only see the good things in life and this is the lovely peeps we have found through blogging and crafting and this is the reason we came up with this special candy.

You can win this huge amount of flowers...and it is really easy...

Endlich sind wir hier mit unserem speziellen Candy für euch!! Meine Menschin möchte sich bei allen herzlichen bedanken, die sie schon so lange treu verfolgen. Unser Blog ist ein bisschen mehr als ein Jahr alt, fast eineinhalb Jahre genau gesagt. Wir haben so viele liebe Bekanntschaften gemacht, virtuell wie auch im realen Leben und dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Na gut, meine Menschin hat auch ein paar sogenannte "Freunde" verloren, weil diese über sie geurteilt haben, ohne die ganze Geschichte zu kennen. Wir liiiiiiiieben Menschen, die andere verurteilen; Menschen, die eine Geschichte nur zu 50% kennen, aber 100% urteilen. Mögt ihr die auch so?

Aber das ist uns egal, wir widmen uns den schönen Dingen im Leben und den lieben Menschen, die wir über den Blog kennengelernt haben und darum haben wir ein ganz spezielles Candy für euch.

Ihr könnt diese Masse an Blumen gewinnen und es ist ganz einfach!!

Ihr braucht nicht Verfolger zu sein, aber es wäre natürlich schön, wenn ihr's seid...

I'm back in blogland woo hoo!!

Thanks so much to all our lovely cyber friends for being so patient. My human friend finally has her internet back and it's supposed to be much faster...well...we did some commenting now (and we'll come around on Friday and Sunday to all the blogs that we don't manage to visit tonight) and it's a bit faster, but not as much as we have expected. But that might be due to overloaded and piccie-stuffed and heavy blogger-headed blogs lol!

For a friend whose birthday is in August my human friend made this lovely card with the cute Tilda from the new collection. Isn't the yummie little animal sweet? My human friend says I should stop drool over it or I have to pay for her new lappie when it has a short-circuit due to my drivel! Spoil-sport, that's what she is!!!

Herzlichen Dank an unsere lieben Blogger-Freudne da draussen, die so geduldig sind mit uns. Meine Menschin hat endlich ihr Internet zurück, das soll einiges schneller sein, als es bisher war...nun...wir haben vorhin angefangen ein bisschen zu kommentieren (und am Freitag und Sonntag kommen wir auf alle zurück, die wir heute nicht mehr schaffen) und so viel schneller ist es jetzt nicht, bloss ein bisschen schneller. Das kann aber auch daran liegen, dass einige Blogs vollgestopft sind mit Bilder und schweren Blogger-Outfits...

Für eine nette Menschenfreundin, die im August Geburtstag hat, hat meine Menschin diese Karte mit der süssen neuen Tilda gemacht. Ist das nicht ein leckeres Kerlchen da auf ihrer Hand? Meine Menschin sagt, ich soll sofort aufhören zu sabbern, sonst muss ich für einen neuen Laptop bezahlen, weil ich alles besabbere...Die ist so eine Spielverderberin!!!

Christmas in July...

..fits the current Scraphouse Challenge (first post of today) too! It's raining cats and dogs here in our part of Switzerland and my human friend is the only one who enjoys it!

For her Christmas card she used blue and white and tons of pop-up colour. And as you can tell she uses lots of flowers on winter cards as well. But me thinks that they don't look inappropriate with all the snow on them. She likes it more than her other DT card.

Blue & White @ Scraphouse

Aaaaaaaaaaah, it's raining... I'm sooooooo happy! It cooled down from 35°C to 20°C that is a lot more bearable if you ask me.

But no matter what the weather says, we are having a new challenge over at Scraphouse with the theme "blue & white". My human friend leaned out of the window so to speak, and she made a CAS card, which is totally not her style, although she loves it a lot when others do it.

The challenge runs until 31rst of August this time, we have a summer break. You can win a fabby price from the Scraphouse Shop, hop on over to the BLOG and SHOP to check both out! It's worth it.

mood to make a x-mas card...

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah, es regnet...Ich bin so glücklich! Es hat abgekühlt

von 35°C runter auf 20°C und das ist viel erträglicher wenn ihr mich fragt.

Aber egal welches Wetter wir haben, bei Scraphouse startet heute die neue Challenge mit dem Thema "Blau & Weiss". Meine Menschin hat sich dafür mal ganz weit aus dem Fenster gelehnt und sich im CAS Stil versucht. Das ist ja nicht so ihr Ding, aber es gefällt ihr bei anderen immer sehr gut!

Die Challenge geht dieses Mal bis 31. August, bei Scraphouse machen sie eine Sommerpause sozusagen. Ihr könnt wieder einen tollen Preis aus dem Scraphouse Shop gewinnen, hüpft doch mal rüber zum Blog und zum Shop, es lohnt sich!

Meine Menschin sagt, sie geht jetzt ins Bastelzimmer und macht eine Weihnachtskarte... das muss das Wetter von gestern sein, sie ist jetzt vollends übergeschnappt!
