New Challenge at Cute as a Button

Hello furriends

Aw, life in cat heaven is wonderful! Meeting many new friends daily. It's a bit sad, first when they arrive they miss their homes on earth because of their humans who all are so sad, but then they finally get used to it and they love chilling with us. And we all visit our human furriends often. They don't recognise us most of the time but it is lovely to check on them *lol*

At Cute as a Button there is a new challenge starting this month and the theme is "For The Boys". So my human furriend made a dinosaur card.

Okay, gotta go again, two newbies arrive, we have to welcome them! Love welcoming them so much!

New challenge at Cute As A Button

Hello furriends

Oopsie, I was so busy in catheaven that I forgot the last challenge at Inky Chicks... my human furriend was not amused. But she was busy herself, she only realised it a couple of minutes ago...

I sent her to feed my mates that still are in physical bodies. I can hear them mewoing in the kitchen and she ignores them just like she ignored me. Guess I have to bring my furriends from catheaven next time and with united ghost strength we might be able to open the tins ...

Okay, at Inky Chinks the theme is CHOCOLATES AND SWEETS and at Cute As A Button there is the theme GIRLY CARD IN PINK.

And these are the makes of my human furriend (below).

Okay, gotta go, or I will be late for the fun session in catheaven!
See you soon (ooops, not literally of course...)

Stitching Real of Faux

Hello furriends

My human friend is happy. I saw her yesterday cheering when her Ice Hockey Team won a game. She is dancing like crazy when they win. I am not sure if it is normal for humans to behave like that. I asked the others here in cat heaven but they all shook their heads no. I really have lived with a crazy human. She used to say the cat deserves her human. Hm... not so sure about this...

And I also checked the bowls in the kitchen. I am pretty sure that the others get much nicer food than she fed me when I was with her. What spoilt brats they are! Thank god that food is pretty yummie in cat heaven!

Okay, but back to my human furriends reality. She made a get well soon card for the new challenge at Inky Chicks. Sponsor is lovely Sandra from Live and Love Crafts. I remember Sandra: her kitty once played with some ribbons that were meant for the shop and he spilled Sandras coffee all over the table and then the ribbons were ruined. So she sent them to me to play with. But guess what, my human furriend didn't share with me, she used it for her cards! That was soooo mean!

Cute As A Button Challenge No 8 (Anything goes)

Hello furriends

Just making it short, my human furriend is watching TV and I wanna sit beside her too. She can't see me though cause I am invisble. But she feels that I am there and that makes her happy. Besides that she knows I have been here when she once will read her own blog *lol* and then she will know that I watched tellie with her.

Over at Cute As A Button starts a new challenge with the theme ANYTHING GOES and this is my human furriends card she made.

Movie Star at Inky Chicks

Hello furriends

Guess what?! I saw that my human furriend is really struggling with blogging and my furry friends down on earth refuse to blog. After a breakout (checking out cat heaven) I decided to sneak down at night and pack my human furriends laptop. Aaaaw it feels pawesome to blog again.

Cat heaven is amazing. It's always warm up there, the sun is shining and the birds twitter. These dang critters are too fast for me or I would eat them all, lol. I enjoy being up there very much. My human furriend doesn't know but I can watch her all the time. Sometimes at night I sneak down and sit on the bed and watch her sleeping. That is funny.

Okay, but lets come back to unimportant stuff:
at Inky Chicks starts a new challenge with the theme "movie star" and my human furriend made this card:

using THIS image as Pocahontas.

Hope you like it!

Okay, I'm off to chase those birds. One is really annoying, his twitter sounds like Mickey Mouse. How can a bird have a voice like Mickey Mouse?!

Inky Chicks Challenge

Hi all

Neither of my other cats wants to blog so I guess I have to do it myself. The lazy bunch hates computers. Aw, how do I miss my Bailey who always wanted to sit at my lappie and blog and facebook :)

Anyway, I am just popping by to inform you all that we have a new challenge at Inky Chicks and this time it's the theme: "from [your country] with love". For me it means from Switzerland with love!

Our sponsor is once again Sandra from Live & Love Crafts, thanks so much!

Here is my inspiration card :)

Anything goes at Inky Chicks

Hello furriends

Wow, I got forced to write this post although I don't want to. I mean, I can never be as good as Bailey, can I? You all liked her and now here I come, Mr. Grumpy with no teeth (don't know why my human mum says I am grumpy...) and I have to be witty and smart and know how a blog works. I don't know all that! Besides that, I have no time for blogging. I am George, the most busy cat in the neighbourhood!

Aw well, bevor I leave the house again for my evening stroll, I guess I can just as well write a little post for my human mum (who lies lazy on the couch...).

It's the first challenge over at Inky Chicks and the theme is "Anything goes" and sponsor is AlicialBel. So my human mum made this card (nope, I did not lie on the desk and help her, crafting is not down my alley).

Okay, I am gone. And don't say I haven't warned you: I am not Bailey (but I miss her!).

PS: Here is a pic of me! I hate that my human mum also forces me to be on piccies!

Hello from Catheaven

Hello furiends

When my human furiend first saw me I looked like this

I had to look cute because when I saw her coming I knew instantly that she will be my furever furiend. And guess what, it was just pawsome because she fell in love with me at once!
The lady where I lived at liked my looks and she wanted to keep me to get kitten all the time. Ahhh bah, who wants kitten? My siblings who were 3 months younger than I am were born just three weeks ago and this stupid woman already gave them away!
My human furiend told her thas she can't do this she has to wait another couple of weeks for them to go to their new homes. Not only because it's bad for the kitten but also for the mama cat because of the milk she has and everything.

Anywhooooo my human furiend said, she wants me (I looked soooooooooo adorable, I'm telling you!). The woman said no but my human furiend was very, very stubborn and she told the woman that if she didn't get me she'd steal me. After long and heavy discussions my human furiend put me in a carrier box and brought me to her home.

There I met Cleo, Kiwi, Gino and Turbo, four cats that my human furiend grew up with. Cleo and Turbo soon died after I moved in. Cleo got hit by a car and Turbo was old and blind.
Kiwi also died - I think- two years later. She was my human furiends first cat and she was really old too. The only one left was Gino. I liked him, he was so wise and calm, he taught me a lot of things.

I will never forget the wonderful life I had at my human furiends home. She always took care of me and loved me unconditionally. She did not know though that I had plans with her. I knew from the beginning that she once will learn from me how to communicate with animals. And when she met her ex boyfriend it was time for this. Through him and a friend at work she learnt about animal communication. Because she and her ex boyfriend moved together and her ex had a tom cat called Djoser and my human furiend was scared that meeting him would be a disaster for me. This is why she contacted an animal communicator. Well, this was the best thing ever I made her do, clever and smart as I was back then (and still am, mind you!).

She took lessons and soon became an animal comunicator herself. It was brilliant! She once said, it's shite because she thought now that she can speak to animals all her problems would be solved but the truth was: they all started from then on.

My lovely human furiend learned a lot about animals and the knowledge we have. The thing that really impressed her is that we normally don't have a problem when we die. To us it's just a wonderful thing too and we know where we are going and celebrate this step. To humans death is a horrible and frightning thought that scares the shit out of them. I taught my human furiend well and so did Gino too.

When she has learned enough and became soft and gentle (she has been before but lots of times also very negative and animal communication changed this fact) her ex felt the change in her and left her for another. This was the most terrible time she has ever gone through in her entire life so far. It broke her heart. Actually it broke more than her heart. Gino, Djoser and I needed a lot of time and effort to heal her wounds. Djoser soon died after the breakup and that her ex accused her of being responsible for his death broke her heart and soul even more. She was desperate. I have never seen her like this. Not even back then when she had no money to buy herself food (she spent all the money to our catfood so that we didn't have to be hungry).

A friend of her had kitten and one of the kitten came to us. Sunny Sunshine was the name she wanted to have and her goal was to bring the love back into my human furiends life. So there we were, Gino, Sunny and I and we worked with and on her. Gino then died, he was over 18 years and although he wasn't ready to leave her cause his mind was still clear, his body was weak and my human furiend had to put him to sleep.

Sunny did a very good job because she brough love back in my human furiends life. I loved Sunny from the beginning, such a lovey and beautiful cat. Look this is us, sunbathing:

Playing with her was so much fun!
But back to her good job! She brought my human dad in my human furiends life. Stefan. Oh we sooooooo loved him. He is a real catwhisperer. Nobody has ever petted me the way he did, I swear.

We made my human furiend keep him. And we made that they moved together. In the meantime, shortly before Stefan came to my human furiends life she gave George a new forever home in our family. George desperately needed a home and I kinda liked him too, he was very calm and didn't like fights and liked to be on his own. We called him Mr. Grumpy.

Sunny, George and I then lived in our new home until now. Freddy came to us too, he is my human furiend's brother's cat who found a home with us. So life came back to my human furiend and it was kinda happy ending.

Now I became old. My work was done, she didn't need me anymore. She says she does but she really does not. She has her life back now and I am tired. It was difficult to leave my body on my own. Cause I knew it's time to leave but I also wanted to stay with my human furiend who is more than a furiend to me. She and I are one soul in two different bodies and it is sad and diffucult to leave her. But my body became old and sick and I gave her signs to see that I needed help to leave my body.

So yesterday it was time. The vet came and I spent my last hour on my human furiend, purring into her ear that I will always love her and she can always talk to me. Just because my body is gone doesn't mean that I am gone. I am in her heart, forever and always and she is in mine.

My body is in box now, wrapped in a towel. She will brong it to the crematory on Tuesday and my ashes will then be with her.

You see, every story comes to an end. I had a wonderful life full of joy and happiness and I am very thankful for everything I had and for the love she gave me.
I might visit once in a while to make a blog post but I will pass this duty over to Sunny, George and Freddy. I will keep in touch with them and they can tell you how I am doing. I know my new task is to help a child. Don't know if I wanna be in a dog's body or again in a cat's. But it's certain that I will safe a childs life with my presence, keeping it sane and strong and teach him what love and friendship is.

Farewell, bloggers! It was an honour and pleasure to entertain you during the years!

from Switzerland with love ;)

Hello furriends

My human furriend is guest designing the Live & Love Crafts challenge blog where they have the wonderful theme

With Love

Hop on over to the blog and join in the fun! Thank you Sandy that you have asked my human furriend to be Guest Desinger! That kept her distracted and she didn't come after me all the time :P

I am still having this terrible cold. My human furriend keeps cleaning my nose, I hate that. She sticks a tissue up my nostrils, that is just so baaaaaaaaah!! She says it makes my nose get better but honestly it is anything but!

I can hear her coming... have to hide under the bed where she cannot get me!

ALICIABEL - what a wonderful blog and shop!

Hello furriends

I am feeling a tiny little bit better. My human furriend went to the vet with me again and she gave me new pills. Now my nose is getting better and better. It's not funny to be sick in my age, I'm telling you. My human furriend is wooried because I lost so much weight and she calls me "skind and bones".

Her lovely friend Aurora has asked her to guest design for Aliciabel and since she just looooves Alicia's images she said yes! The challenge theme is "Anything Goes", so it was easy for her to create something with this funny image called Ursula. Please hop over to both blogs and become a follower. The more the merrier is what my human furriend keeps telling me.

I need a rest now. Talk to you laters-taters!

Easel Card at Inky Chicks

Hello furriends!

I haven't posted in while. My human furriend told me to rest as much as I want. I am sick. I have a terrible cold and I hardly can breathe. It's so annoying. My human furriend is so worried. She looks at me as if I died any minute (well, I am tellin' you, I'm pretty tired... I think it's time for me to leave her soon, but I am not telling her, she cries at the thought of it!!).

I sleep lots and keep her bed warm. That's what she likes the most. Cuddling with me. And she takes good care. At night she gets up all 30 mins to check if I am still breathing and she cleans my nose and strokes me. I love my human furriend.

But onto the new challenge at Inky Chicks. They have the theme Easel Card and they are sponsored by Sandra of Live & Love Crafts.

Okay, I am off to bed now!

Talk to you laters, furriends!

Anything goes at Inky Chicks

Hello furiends!

Finally it isn't me that my human furiend is worrying about. My furry pal George has some very bad teeth and he doesn't eat anymore and got very thin. Well, I don't mind eating his food. But I kinda feel sorry for him. My human furiend says, he has to get some of his teeth pulled out - ouch! He has to go back to the vet in a couple of days to check.

Well, anyhow. There is a new challenge live at Inky Chicks and the theme is: Anything goes! My human furiend sponsors a Magnolia DooHickey mini die, look:

And this is the card she made for this challenge:

She just loves Sweet Pea stamps she says. I would love to eat the beautiful funny bird though...

Stitching (real or faux) at Inky Chicks

Hello furiends!

Aw my human friend is sooo crazy and she is getting old...she keeps forgetting about the posts she has to prepare. Good that she has a kitty like me that reminds her. She told me not to be on the PC all the time and so I left and then she scolded me for not doing the post... no matter what I do, it's always wrong...

Well anyhoo, here we go! There is a new challenge live over at Inky Chicks and the sposnor is Sandra from Live & Love Crafts! Thanks so much, Sandra!! I am still asking my human friend to give me some of the ribbon your kitty sent me but she keeps treasuring it in her ribbon box! This is so mean, cause it's mine!!!

Okay this is the card my human friend made. Guess she won't have much xmas cards ready by the time xmas knocks on our doors...

Fairy and Angel time at Inky Chicks

Hello furriends!

Paws up who enjoys this lousy weather!
Oh, have you seen, it was my human furiend who had her paw up first!
She enjoys the bearable temperatures, although she complains about the rain. Aren't we all happy that she is not the weathermaker?! She said, she never had a rainy birthday and she doesn't want to start this year with rain on her day.

So she leaves for Venice for a couple of days. She loves Venice, has been there often as a child. Her Daddy is from Venice, he grew up in Mestre and has been to the Island almost every day.
But she doesen't know that I have ordered the bad weather there too, hee hee...naughty kitty muahahahaha!

But onto the challenge at Inky Chicks this fortnight. My human furriend made another paperbag card for a lovely friend and she used a wonderful image from Francesca from Cute as a Button.

Okay, gotta check if she filled my bowl. The naughty human puts me some yuckie stuff in it all the time to stop my runs that I have since a couple of months.
