Who's stolen her mojo?

Has anyone seen my human friend's mojo?? She misses it and can't find it. I was looking in the whole flat but I cannot find it. She is really upset! After this b-day card for a friend she has lost it. She made a few other cards but she hates them all! I think there are worse cards, but she cant find anything nice about them. What do you think? The first one is nice, she likes it. But from the others she thinks they are ugly.

I have sent her outside now. She needs a walk in the woods to clear her head. And she can collect some branches and twigs for the bunnies at the same time.

Oh and since some of you wanted to see me sleep in the bunnies hay-bed: I post a pic as well!

Hat irgend jemand meiner Menschin ihr Mojo gesehen? Sie vermisst es und ist nun ganz aufgebracht, weil sie es nicht finden kann. Ich habe in der ganzen Wohnung gesucht, aber es ist und bleibt verschwunden. Nachdem sie diese Geburtstagskarte gemacht hat, hat sie es verloren. Sie hat noch ein paar weitere Karten gemacht, aber sie findet alle ganz hässlich und kann nichts Schönes daran entdecken. Ich finde, da gibt es schlimmere Karten, aber sie lässt sich nicht davon abbringen, dass sie hässlich sind. Aber schaut doch selber.

Ich habe sie jetzt in den Wald geschickt, damit sie mal den Kopf auslüften kann und gleichtzeitig kann sie den Häschen auch gleich ein paar Zweige bringen. Ach ja und für alle, die ein Bild von mir sehen wollten, wie ich im Heubettchen von den Häschen schlafe, lade ich noch ein Bild hoch.

then here are two of her so-called ugliest cards ever!! She made them for her adorable little niece Chayenne, whose first birthday will be on the 18th. But I know her, she will bin both cards because she is terribly unsatisfied with them...

und hier sind zwei Karten, die sie als die hässlichsten Karten seit Anbeginn betitelt. Eigentlich machte sie beide Versuche für den Geburtstag ihrer süssen Nichte Chayenne, aber ich kenne meine Menschin. Sie ist so unzufrieden damit, dass die sicher im Müll landen!



Then she also made two birthday cards, one for lovely Sue and the other for Michaela...well she also calls both cards "the ugliest works of all times"...

Dann hat sie noch zwei Geburtstagskarten gemacht, die eine für die liebe Sue und die andere für Michaela. Na ja, sie betitelt die auch als "Hässlichste Werke aller Zeiten"...

For the Voice of Rose Lane

"The Voice of Rose Lane" is my human friend's pal Nina. Tee hee... this is what her hubby is calling her when she has to sing a good night song for her youngest girl. And my human friend thinks that's so funny!

It's the Voice's birthday tomorrow (but she has already received the package) and my human friend made her a Sweet Pea project. She actually wanted to make a card. As usual. But then she saw something in a craft magazine that got her inspired to make this binder. She wanted to give Nina a few images and thought about a special way to wrap them up. And then she saw these binder-things at Scraphouse and she immediately knew what to do. So she came up with this special binder.

We are sorry for the pics. Actually I'm rather ashamed of them but my human friend says, I shall not be so small-minded (aaaaaaaaw, she drives me nuts sometimes...it's HER that is a perfectionist not ME!!) she says she's the crafter not the photographer... these statements make me want to throw up!!

Okay, enough or she'll give me a slap or worse: she'll skip my next meal! oooohhhooohhohohoooo...if you could see her look...she is squinting her eyes and glowering at me...tee hee...she'll never catch me once I'm running...besides...she does not fit through the cat door, she is far too fat (because of all the chocolates she eats all the time!).

The Stimme vom Rosenweg ist meiner Menschin ihre Freundin Nina. Hihi, so nennt sie jedenfalls Ninas Mann, nämlcih dann, wenn sie ihrer Kleinsten ein Gutenachtlied vorsingen muss. Und meine Menschin findet das so lustig!

Nun, "die Stimme" hat morgen Geburtstag, die Überraschung aber schon bekommen. Und meine Menschin hat ihr ein Sweet Pea Projekt gemacht. Erst wollte sie natürlich "nur" eine Karte machen. Aber dann hat sie in einem Bastelheft etwas Ähnliches gesehen und als sie dann auch noch bei Scraphouse diese Ordner-Dinger gesehen hat, da wusste sie gleich, das sie so ein kleiner Ordner machen wird. Sie wollte die Stempelabdrücke der Nina nicht einfach so geben, sondern diese speziell verpacken. Uns so ist dieser Ordner entstanden.

Ich entschuldige mich jetzt schon für die Bilder. Also eigentlich tu' ich mich ganz fest schämen, aber meine Menschin sagt, ich soll mal nicht so kleinlich sein (aha...SIE ist eigentlich der Perfektionist, nicht ICH!!), denn schliesslich sei sie Bastlerin und nicht Fotografin. Diese Aussagen finde ich zum kotzen, echt.

Okay, ich höre ja schon auf, sonst gibt sie mir wieder ein Klaps auf den Popo oder noch schlimmer: sie lässt sonst meine nächste Mahlzeit ausfallen... ooooohhhooooohhh... jetzt hättet ihr ihren Blick sehen sollen! Sie funkelt mich richtig böse an! Hihi, dabei erwischt sie mich nie, wenn ich erst mal davon renne... und ausserdem kommt sie gar nicht durch die Katzentüre, dafür ist sie viel zu fett...das kommt von der vielen Schokolade, die sie immer nascht.

Oops, ich geh' wohl besser, sie versteht da echt keinen Spass mehr, diese Spielverderberin!

Hello dear humans all around the world. Today starts a new challenge over at Scraphouse and the theme is either Easter or Buttons or both together. It's quite easy, isn't it...

Well my humand friend did not make many Easter cards this year, in fact only four. She is not the Easter type...all she loves about Easter is the four days off and all the chocolates that she can eat...

Okay, this is a special shaped card. It's based on a stair step card but only in oval shape. A bit tricky though but it worked. See the little bunny? She looooooooooves it so much, it's called "Cotton Tail" and isn't it the cutest bunny ever? She even put it in a frame again.

It's nice weather outside today...whoop whoop Spring is arriving. I luv Spring but my human friend does not. She is allergic (hay fever from March til August) you know and she has to either eat lots of pills or stay in the house. She prefers to stay in the house.

But I love to go outside and have a sunbath...so nice when the sun almost burns my fur, I love it!!

Okay onto the card. It's one that my human friend made a while ago and she got the lovely frame-idea from Teresa (who also sells these frames in her shop). Isn't that the best idea ever that Teresa had? Logically in a frame belongs a pic!

My human friend has to go back to work tomorrow after a two week's break. She'll have lots of work and probably will not be around for a couple of days.

Es ist so schönes Wetter draussen...juhu, der Frühling kommt! Ich mag den Frühling, aber meine Menschin gar nicht. Sie hat ja Heuschnupfen von März bis August und dann hat sie die Wahl: entweder Tabletten essen (welche sie so müde machen) oder drinnen bleiben. Nun, da bleibt sie lieber drinnen und bastelt!

Aber ich liebe es, raus zu gehen und ein Sonnenbad zu nehmen. Dann brennt mir die Sonne so schön auf den Pelz, ich liebe das!

Aber nun zur Karte. Meine Menschin hat die schon vor einer Weile gemacht und die Idee mit dem Bilderrahmen hat sie von der lieben Teresa (die diese Rahmen auch verkauft in ihrem Shop). Ist das nicht die beste Idee, die Teresa hatte? Ist ja logisch, dass in ein Bilderrahmen ein Bild kommt!

Meine Menschin muss morgen wieder zur Arbeit, sie hatte ja zwei Wochen Ferien. Sie wird eine Menge aufzuarbeiten haben, darum wird sie die nächsten Tage wahrscheinlich nicht bei euch rumhüpfen.

Craft Meeting with nice lassies

Yesterday I got an urgent call from Leïla. Leïla is Marjoleins cat and Marjolein is the lady who owns Scraphouse (my human friend looooooooooves Scraphouse). Leïla called me to say that my human friend was there and they all have gone totaly crazy!!!

I was a bit concerned because my human friend actually told me that she goes with her friend Nina and Francine to have a chat and nice afternoon together. First Nina, Francine and my human friend wanted to meet for a long time. Finally they found a date and then Francine had the brilliant idea that they could go to Marjolein and have a crafty afternoon.

Nina and my human friend were thrilled (of course) and I didn't know by that time that they'd go wild...

OK, to make a long story short: yesterday was the meeting and the big surprise was Melanie, who also was part of the afternoon.

Leïla told me that the girls went upstairs to Marjoleins Shop and she heard them "aaaaahhhh"-ing and "ooooohhh"-ing and drooling over all the things up there. Leïla said that it was pretty scary. But after a while they all came back to the living room and were carrying heavy bags. Leïla jumped into Francines box.

It actually was all very nice...until Francine grabbed her funny earphone out of her bag. Since that moment the girls gone wild. They found that earphone (for mobile phones) extremely funny and giggled all the time and it was nearly on every picture. 

They haven't much crafted but rather laughed and daffed all the time. But see here, these are the pictures of a funny afternoon.

Next time I won't let her go alone. It's better I go with her and guard her, or she will behave pretty silly again...

Ich habe einen dringenden Anruf von Leïla bekommen. Leïla ist die Katze Marjoleins, welche wiederrum die Besitzerin von Scraphouse ist (meine Menschin liiiiiiiiiiebt Scraphouse). Leïla hat mich angerufen, um mir mitzuteilen, dass meine Menschin da ist und dass alle verrückt geworden sind!
Ich war ein bisschen besorgt, denn eigentlich hat mir meine Menschin gesagt, dass sie einen gemütlichen Schnatter-Nachmittag mit Nina und Francine verbringen. Erst wollten sich die drei ja einfach mal so treffen, aber dann hatte Francine die zündende Idee, dass sie doch alle zu Marjolein ins Scraphouse fahren könnten und Nina und meine Menschin waren natürlich sofort dabei und ganz aufgeregt.
Die grosse Überraschung war dann noch Melanie, die auch gekommen ist. Leïla hat mir dann gesagt, dass alle nach oben gegangen sind in den Shop und sie konnte dann Geräusche hören, ganz entzückte "Ah"- und "Oh"-Rufe. Es sei ganz schön gruselig gewesen, sagt sie.
Aber irgendwann sind dann alle wieder runtergekommen und haben angefangen zu basteln und spannende Bastelhefte zu lesen. Leïla ist sogar dann noch in die Einkaufsbox von Francine gesprungen, die fand es irgendwie spannend. Plötzlich hat dann aber Francine einen Plastiktelefonhörer auf der Tasche gezaubert und von da an war es mit der Ruhe vorbei.
Die Menschinen haben sich beinahe schlappgelacht über diesen Hörer und fanden den total lustig. Nachher war der auf fast allen Fotos zu sehen. Von Basteln war dann natürlich keine Rede mehr, die haben nur noch gegiggelt und geblödelt. Aber seht selbst mit was sich Leïla abgeben musst. Kein Wunder war die besorgt und hat mich angerufen!!

Das nächste Mal darf meine Menschin nur noch in Begleitung von mir gehen! Sonst weiss die ja wieder nicht, wie blöd sie sich benehmen muss...

Francine hat mich dann angerufen und gesagt, dass alles OK ist... ich habe ihr nicht geglaubt.

I mean, look at next piccies and you will know why I was a bit concerned. My human friend swore that they had no alcohol!!
Ich meine, man muss doch nur die nachfolgenden Bilder anschauen und versteht gleich, warum ich so besorgt war! Meine Menschin hat mir geschworen, dass kein Alkohol mit im Spiel war!!

I love you little rabbit

My human friend loves all rabbits on this planet. She hates when people keep them as single rabbits or when they keep them in a little cage all day. It breaks her heart. Rabbits need a partner, they truly feel unhappy even if you think they are not sad and all, the ARE! And a guinea pig cannot replace a rabbit-partner.

No wonder she loves this image very much too.

I love the rabbits too, sometimes I sneak into the room that they have and I cuddle up in the hay-bed and sleep there.

Meine Menschin liebt alle Kaninchen auf dieser Welt. Uns sie hasst es, wenn die armen Tiere alleine gehalten werden und auch, wenn sie den ganzen Tag in einem kleinen Käfig sein müssen. Das bricht ihr das Herz.

Kaninchen brauchen zum Glücklichsein einen Partner.

Auch wenn man denkt, dass sie nicht traurig sind und man sie ja beschäftigt, glaubt mir, sie sind es tief drinnen schon. Auch ein Meerschweinchen kann den Partner nicht ersetzen.

Kein Wunder, dass sie dieses Motiv so fest gern hat.

Ich mag unsere Kaninchen auch. Manchmal schleiche ich mich in ihr Zimmer und mache es mir in den Heu-Bettchen gemütlich und schlafe da eine Runde.

Just a quick post...

...to let you know that my human friend just gone out of the house to have a few relaxed days in the mountains. Unfortunately she organised a catsitter AGAIN!! and the house won't stay empty (sorry for all burglars...)! anyway, she said I can do this post but am not allowed to do the commenting without her. I guess that she is afraid I could write something wrong... as if I would!!

OK, this is a card for her boss' daughter. My huamn friend doesn't like the card but loves how the image turned out.

That's it, off I go to check if the catsitter is nicer than my human friend and give me some goodies...

Nur ein schneller Post, um euch zu sagen, dass meine Menschin grad aus dem Haus ist, um ein paar Tage in den Bergen zu verbringen. Leider hat sie schon wieder eine Mietzen-Bewacherin organisert, die bei uns wohnt, so ein Mist!! Also sorry ihr lieben Einbrecher, wir sind bewacht!

Egal, sie hat mir noch gesagt, dass ich noch diesen Post machen darf, aber alleine kommentieren darf ich nicht, wahrscheinlich hat sie Schiss, dass ich was Falsches schreiben könnte...als ob ich das machen würde!!

Diese Karte ist für die Tochter von meiner Menschin ihrem Chef. Meiner Menschin gefällt sie ganz und gar nicht so gut, aber sie mag, wie das Einhorn auschaut, darum zeigen wir sie euch trotzdem.

So, dann schau ich mal, ob ich die Mietzen-Bewacherin bezierzen kann und sie mir ein Leckerli gibt...

Mel's Birthday

It's Mel's Birthday today. My human friend loves Mel.

She is nice and she makes the nicest Magnolia cards ever, she says.

My human friend coloured many Magnolia images but was not satisfied with the result and she said, that Mel deserved something nicer than her ugly coloured Tildas.

So she coloured this lovely Sarah Kay girl and was happy with the result. Or at least happy enough to use it for Mel's card.

Can you see the Kitty on the pic? That's me.

And I know that there is something yummie in the basket this girl is carrying...I know that...otherwise there would not be a fork in it too...

Meine Menschin hat nach ein paar relaxten Tagen wieder so viel um die Ohren. Sie geht in die Ferien und ihr Chef hat Angst, dass dann die Welt untergeht und nun muss sie noch ganz viel erledigen.

Auch sonst zieht die Arbeit wieder sehr an und ich habe meiner Menschin gesagt, sie muss schauen, dass sie sich entspannt und mehr Zeit hat für mich, ich helfe ihr schon zu relaxen.

Darum hat sie sich entschieden, dass sie das NSS Team per sofort verlässt. Weil es einfach zu viel ist, jede Woche eine Challenge zu haben und dann all die tollen Werke zu kommentieren. Wenn man täglich drei Stunden Arbeitsweg hat und ein Mietzekätzchen, das viel Liebe braucht, dann wird alles irgendwann zu viel.

Darum ist das die letzte Challenge, die meine Menschin mitmacht. Sie dankt dem Team ganz, ganz herzlich, dass sie dabei sein konnte und sie so viel Spass hatte mit den Mädels.

After some relaxing days my human friend has a lot of work in the office. She soon has hols and her boss (the poor man) thinks that the world will go under without her. She therefore has a lot to do!

She has so much to do, not only in the office since weeks, but also at home and this is the reason why she decided to leave the NSS team. It's really to much for her to create something every week. She travels three hours a day only to get to the office and back home and then at home she has a wee kitty that needs a lot of love. You know, she needs more time for me!!

This is her last challenge over at NSS. She is really thankful to the girls and to the fact to have been part of a nice team! It was a great time!

This week's theme is

and since X-mas is not far away she made this X-mas card.
